Amir Alexander Abdelbaki bdecba0cf3 feat(hyprlua): float xdg portal dialogs above their parent
Portal-backed file/app choosers (xdg-desktop-portal-gtk) — e.g. Steam's
"select library folder" picker, plus Chromium/Electron/Flatpak dialogs —
run in a separate process and open as parentless top-levels with no
xdg-dialog or X11-dialog hint. Hyprland can't tell they're dialogs and
tiles them, unlike in-process xdg dialogs which it auto-floats. Match the
portal backend's class and float + centre it so it lands above its parent.

Amir Alexander Abdelbaki 654606df86 fix(hyprlua): spawn filepicker floating, compact, centred on the cursor
The dialog was landing off-cursor and at ~half-screen. Two Hyprland
gotchas were fighting each other: `move` is evaluated against the
window's natural size and `size` is applied afterwards from the top-left,
so a cursor_x-(window_w/2) move centred the pre-shrink window. zenity's
file chooser also ignores --width/--height and has a ~738x363 GTK
minimum.

Fix the size at 760x460 and hard-code the move offsets to half that
(380x230) so the shrunk window lands exactly on the pointer. Drop the
dead zenity --width/--height sizing from the script.

Amir Alexander Abdelbaki 54338f3602 feat(hyprlua): size filepicker dialog to 5% of the display
Add a size rule alongside the move so the zenity dialog no longer opens
at its default ~50% size. zenity clamps to its GTK minimum (~738x363),
which is well under half the screen.

Amir Alexander Abdelbaki 8900fe0004 feat(hyprlua): spawn filepicker dialog at 10% of the display
Rename the at-cursor rule to filepicker and move the dialog to a fixed
position 10% into the display (from the top-left) instead of following
the cursor.

Amir Alexander Abdelbaki 3324e669bb feat(hyprlua): spawn filepicker dialog at cursor via +at-cursor tag
Add a dedicated at-cursor window rule (float + move to cursor) and point
the Super+F / Super+Shift+F filepicker binds at it, so the zenity dialog
opens centered on the mouse instead of mid-screen.

Amir Alexander Abdelbaki 7fd0e37061 refactor(hyprlua): move hypr-usr/ into hypr/usr/ and wire sysupdate sync
Device-specific Lua configs (monitors, binds, input, etc.) previously lived
in a top-level hypr-usr/ sibling to hypr/. They now live inside hypr/usr/
so all hypr-related configs sit under one directory tree.

- git mv hypr-usr/ → hypr/usr/
- hyprland.lua: require() calls updated to require("usr.*")
- input.lua: require("input-device-exceptions") → require("usr.input-device-exceptions")
- hyprpaper.conf + monitorhandler.sh + wallpaper-picker: wallpaper.conf path
  updated from ~/.config/wallpaper.conf → ~/.config/hypr/usr/wallpaper.conf
- monitorhandler.sh: fix stale desktopenvs/hyprland/ → desktopenvs/hyprlua/
- binds.lua: edit-binds keybind path corrected to ~/.config/hypr/usr/binds.lua
- helpmenu.sh: update binds.lua source path
- updater.conf: SOURCE_BASE fixed (hyprland→hyprlua), config hypr except usr,
  remove flat hypr-usr entry
- update-configs.sh: add "except <subdirs>" support for the config type
- hyprlua.sh installer: remove now-redundant hypr-usr copy lines
- migrate-hyprland-to-hyprlua.sh: deploy from hypr/usr/ instead of hypr-usr/
- sysupdate.sh: add CONFIG SYNC section with _migrate_hypr_usr() which moves
old flat-layout files into usr/ (case 1) or copies fresh from dotfiles when
no local config exists (case 2); fallback copy preserves hypr/usr/
