Amir Alexander Abdelbaki 597bb3bc36 fix(hyprlua): restore require("monitors") and update comment for hyprmoncfg ... The merge agent reverted the switch from usr.monitors to root-level monitors (managed by hyprmoncfg). Restore main's version and update the surrounding comment to explain the new arrangement.
