Add Amirs Room Sound System; earmark the on-hand one for Living Room 

5 Sound Systems total now (was 4) - have 1 (Living Room), need 4 more.
Updates the room list, summed totals, by-room tally, Need section, and
price estimate accordingly: ~€1,489-1,725 total.
