Amir Alexander Abdelbaki 649b93acf4 Document ideal DFX-5000+ DIP switch settings for ASCII Photobooth 
Derives each recommended position from how txt2printr.sh actually talks
to the printer (parallel /dev/lp0, explicit CRLF line endings, no page
concept) and from printer.conf.epsondfx5kp.bak, plus the datasheet's
speed/character-table tables.
